2.  Attendance

2.1.  Participants will attend the course online via Zoom on Saturdays, 1:00 pm
to 2:30 pm EST from September 28 to October 26, 2024.  Courses will start promptly.  It is recommended to enter Zoom up to ten minutes prior to 1:00 pm for early entry into the Zoom room.  
2.2.  Late arrival is permitted up until a grace period of ten (10) minutes,
until 1:10 pm.  Any arrival later than ten (10) minutes grace requires advance notification unless it is an emergency.
 

3.  Refunds and Cancellation Policy

3.1.  Refunds are permitted upon request up to the 3rd session of each course that you begin participating in.  Please submit an email to services@reneesophia.com for my respectful consideration of your request for a refund.  For no reasons given for your cancellation in your request for a refund, then 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 would apply:

3.1.1  Should you participate in one (1) session, 90% of your fees will be refunded.
3.1.2  Should you participate in two (2) sessions, 80% of your fees will be refunded.
3.1.3  Should you participate in three (3) sessions, 70% of your fees will be refunded.
3.1.4  Should you participate in four (4) or more sessions, no refund will be given.

3.1.5  Should you participate in the first and up to the third session, and have a qualifying and good reason to quit, due to any default or fault of my own and/or your unhappiness with the program, as noted in your Notice of Cancellation required to be sent to my email, then you will be refunded the full 100% of the amount you had paid.

3.2   Emergencies

3.2.  I understand that sometimes due to an unexpected occurrence or emergency, it is necessary to cancel enrollment in the total course before it begins.  Please take note of my cancellation policy:
3.2.1.  If you cancel your enrollment 15 days or more prior to the start date of the program, you will incur a cancellation fee of 4% of the total program fee(s) you had paid.  Any amount paid over 4% of the total program fee(s) will be refunded.  
3.2.2.  If you cancel your enrollment less than 15 days prior to the start date of the program, you will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total program fees you had paid.  

4.  Special Needs

4.1.  Participants with special needs, such as disabilities, travel constraints, or requirements for special scheduling options, should contact services@reneesophia.com in advance for special arrangements to be made.
 

5.  Payment Terms

5.1.  Payment is accepted via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express as         well as other major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
5.2.  Early Registration (by September 14, 2024): $ 71.98 per person. ($68 + tax)
5.3.  Regular Registration (by September 25, 2024): $ 85.30 per person. ($80 + tax)
 

6.  Registration Period

6.1.  Registration for the first revised course is open from April 19 to May 8, 2024.
6.2  Registration for the second course is open from June 15 to July 8, 2024. 

6.3  Registration for the third course is open from September 1 to Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at $ 80.00 + $ 5.30 NJ state tax = $ 85.30.
6.3.1  Early Fall Registration is from September 1 to September 14, 2024, Saturday at $ 68.00 + $ 3.98 NJ state tax = $ 71.98.
